Irritable bowel Syndrome?
Question by Me: Irritable bowel Syndrome?
Hi i have ibs and i have frequent stomach pain. Many foods make it worse exspecially acidic foods which i try to avoid. Anyways I excersize about 3 times a week by going on long walks and weightlifting. The problem is when i run or do alot of physicall activity i usually end up throwing up evan if i wait hours after eating. The problem is that itz killing me in gym class because of the pain. I have already had my gym switched to next semester but i still throw up when doing most physicall activity. I was wondering if there is any way of getting out of gym completely since in order to graduate i am supposed to have at least one phyzed credit and it is supposed to be mandatory. 2nd semester is going to start shortly so i dont know what to do. I have gym everyday which makes it worse. Any advice would be nice thanks.

Your bowels do not cause vomiting. See a doctor and get more exercise- it’s good 4 u.
In most schools they have medical gym, basically you read articles and write papers in order to pass. See if you could do that. Also, talk to the teacher, see if you can do something that better suits you. I know some of my teachers let people just walk around the gym if they didnt like the activity.
This does not sound like IBS. It sounds more like an allergy. You should get a blood test to check for food allergies. You could be allergic to sugar, vegetables, milk, grains, or an assortment of other things.
It sounds more like you have a parasite or bacteria in your stomach and intestines than IBS.
You need to take a stool sample to your doctor and get it tested for h. pylori, a bacteria that was found to cause stomach ulcers and can also live in intestinal tracts. I used to have what was diagnosed as IBS but turned out to be h. pylori. I suspected it was a bacteria or a parasite as I had never had such a problem before I took a trip to Mexico and ate tainted tacos. But my doctor insisted it was IBS even though I never had a problem with digesting certain foods before that trip. I had what the doctor insisted was IBS for about 10 years until I drank tainted hose water this one time at Band Camp and pooped water for a week. I went to the medical clinic at my school, took an antibiotic, and suddenly I had no more IBS. My runs cleaned me out, the antibiotic cleared out the rest. Now when I have symptoms of “IBS flare-ups” I take an antibiotic and the problem goes away.
Take a stool sample to your doctor and insist to be checked for h. pylori and other parasites, and insist on an antibiotic for it.
(Or drink hose water, get the runs, and then go to the doctor for that antibiotic if he/she doesn’t believe you!)
